A new year...a new level

2009 has been so wonderful for me that I have decided to say that Im a lot better now and I hope to record myself soon.
here are some videos I found that help me w/ what Im doing now:

this is the salchow, one of my favorite moves to do. I learned it in Freestyle 3, its quite easy once you learn it!!! ;]
Another move is the sit spin:

this spin is my hardest, I hope to get down lower on it.
Now, the jumps!!
My worst jump is a flip:

the reason for this is bcuz my flip jump is not so good as I expect it to be.
my other worst jumps are loop jump and toe loop.
this is the toe loop:

I passed the toe loop in freestyle 3 but somehow I can never do it properly. lol
